About us
What we do
We organize activities and holiday camps for children, with a focus on sports, arts and volunteering - both in China and around the world.
We believe that a well-rounded child, with a wider-world view, is a happier child, and gets the best chance at success.
How we started
My partner and I both have daughters of a similar age, who have grown up in the amazing city of Shenzhen, China, and so also in the Chinese education system.

We realized that the children there were being pushed to the maximum academically, even during the holidays.
We wanted to offer something that bit different, where children could experience things that they wouldn't normally get to, like bush craft camps and volunteering activities.
​
After playing around with letters for an acronym, AVCAS was born!
​
Why 'AVCAS'?
Quite simply, 'AVCAS' is made up of the first letters of the 5 areas we really want to focus on getting our children involved in:

Not only this, but we also run a popular online class series multiple times a week called The Round Table, where we get groups of young people thinking about and debating the latest news, trends and ideas.
